Summary

64 pages of consolidated diplomatic cables from 14 U.S. embassies and consulates between 1952 and 1968, reporting UAP sightings observed by foreign nationals or local authorities. The corpus is heavily weighted toward Latin America (32 cables) and Eastern Europe (18 cables). Nine redactions remove names of specific foreign officials and intelligence sources.

Why it matters

Reminds the reader that "UAP files" overlap heavily with Cold War intelligence history — the two cannot be cleanly separated.
