Summary

A 142-page reference packet compiled by AARO documenting the November 2004 USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group encounter with an oblong object pilots dubbed "Tic Tac." Crucially, the packet includes the SPY-1 radar gain settings and lock-on parameters that were stripped from the 2017 video leak. AARO's reanalysis preserves three Nimitz incidents as unresolved and reclassifies one as a resolved sensor artefact.
